Is coffee the easiest way to have caffeine.

Coffee it is such an easy way to have caffeine. Well one of the big reasons the coffee industry is so big is because almost any restaurant grocery store or convince store you go to there is coffee. Its every where and o easy to have that it is buy far a big reason also its cheap. If you were to buy a red bull energy drink one twelve oz can of red bull in Canada is 2.59 dollars. And a XL cup of Tim Horton’s is 24 oz but it is 2.19 dollars. Double the amount of red bull for less if coffee prices raised than there would not be as much people consuming caffeine on a daily basis.

How much caffeine is ok?

Of course it is ok to have a cup of coffee every once and a while or an energy drink here or there but what is to much.The average adult is supposed to have 400(ml) and that averages to about 4 cups of coffee a day but is that still good for you. Well it is ok for your body to have that but if you ever quit it will not be very easy. If you think about it the affects can still be the same and you will still have more energy that you would usually not have. For kids they should not drink coffee they should only be getting a power drink every once and a while. plus they can only have 100(mg) and that is one cup of coffee or two cups of tea and really kids should not have caffeine.

Different caffeinated products.

There are so many different types of caffeinated products I say products because there are things like coffee that lots of people know. Other things like caffeinated soap. Some people are so addicted to the fact that they use soap that has caffeine in it winch is so dangerous because you never know the dosage you can take. An if you are camping in your safety bag there is caffeinated gum to keep you going I really cant believe how many products have caffeine in them it is so unnecessary. Some other products are energy drinks,coffee,tea,soap,gum,candy,energy bars, and so many other things what do you think about this? For kids this is dangerous because so many kids are starting to drink coffee and energy drinks. Look at this photo it shows the different types of caffeine in different drinks.

Coffee affects

So there are a lot of different affects that coffee has. I have a post that has a link to a website with a phot of the body and the affects. Well if you look at all of the affects do you really think that it is worth it to drink coffee there are so many different things you can have to replace coffee. You can even drink coffee with less caffeine.

No more coffee

What do you think would happen if there was just no more coffee. Well if there was just no more coffee that it would take a lot of people a very long time to stop drinking coffee and to get used to it but there would still be de- caff. and eventually people would not need to drink coffee, well what do you think?
